Registration Process

Phone Interview:
- Call (706) 804-0630 starting at 9AM on Tuesday, Nov. 7th for an over-the-phone interview.

*NOTE: If you want to receive a reminder to call on Nov. 7th, Send us TWO text messages to (706) 804-0630 as follows: 1) Text your first name, and then 2) a text saying "REMIND ME".

Pre-Screening Appointment:
- If you pass the phone interview, you’ll be scheduled for a pre-screening on Thursday, Nov. 9th between 5-8PM.

During this appointment, paperwork will be filled out and a nurse will examine you to confirm eligibility.

Clinic Appointment:
- If eligible, you’ll be given a time to return on either Friday, Nov. 10th or Saturday, Nov. 11th to see the dentist.
